ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) Foundation Exam

Overview

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) provides a set of concepts, policies and procedures for managing IT infrastructure, development and operations. The ITIL® Foundation certification course is the first in a portfolio of ITIL® certification courses. The course teaches a fundamental level of knowledge of the ITIL® terminology, structure and basic concepts, and a comprehensive knowledge of the core principles of ITIL® practices for IT Service management. The attainment of ITIL® Foundation Certification is required for all advanced ITIL® Certification Courses. The course includes access to material for version 3 exams as well as the bridging exam from version 2 to version 3.
