Overview

The CIW Associate is an entry-level,
vendor-neutral certification aimed at professionals who depend on web-enabled systems. In this course, you will explore the fundamentals and technical aspects of the Internet, and be introduced to the fundamentals of website development and its related technologies. You will develop foundation skills in the basic knowledge of Internet technologies such as Web browsers, FTP and
e-mail; Web page authoring using Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML); basic infrastructure networking, and project management. The CIW Associate is the first step in obtaining the more advanced CIW certifications
